One of our main passions at Intracon is generating enthusiasm about revolutionary products. For Samsung, we imparted that value by developing a strategic training infrastructure around the Galaxy product series for in-store sales representatives, targeting the most efficient and effective ways to train without impacting employee productivity.
With strategy in place, we created and delivered those trainings to strengthen Samsung’s mobile device presence. Having built in metrics to measure our success, the result was clear – a well-trained salesforce fully primed and motivated within Samsung’s brand.
